bingopli accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. bingopli does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within three (3) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. bingopli reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal.
All transactions on bingopli are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bingopli is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
bingopli complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. bingopli reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to freeze or close accounts where money laundering is suspected. Funds deposited on bingopli must be from legitimate sources and must not be used for any illegal purpose.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by bingopli are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. These specific terms form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

In the event of a malfunction or technical error during a game, bingopli reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. bingopli's decision in respect of any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

bingopli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if bingopli has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
bingopli does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. bingopli shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity.

bingopli reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bingopli will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of bingopli following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
